Split tour expenses and track the chanda in one app

On a tour one friend collects the chanda, another pays the hotel, someone pays the bus. Back home, working out who is owed is where friendships get strained. Mitmat keeps every tour expense and chanda in one place.

How to use Mitmat on a tour

  1. Create a "Tour" group and add everyone.
  2. Open the Tour pool and set the chanda per person.
  3. Record each person’s chanda: see at a glance who has paid and who still owes.
  4. Add tour spending (hotel, car, food) as bills; Mitmat works out who is owed.
  5. Back home, settle up in bKash or Nagad.

Even without network

In Sajek or Bandarban you can still add expenses. They are saved on the phone and sync automatically when the network is back.

The money stays with the collector

Mitmat only keeps the records. The chanda stays with whoever collects it, or in their bKash or Nagad.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Tour pool?

A chanda goal per person and a record of who deposited how much, so you see who has paid and who still owes.

Does Mitmat deduct spending from the pool?

No. The Tour pool records deposits only. Add tour spending as bills and Mitmat works out who is owed.

What if someone left early or ate less?

Split those bills by exact amounts or shares so everyone pays for what they used.
