No. Share the group invite link and friends can open it in any browser to see the group balances and recent expenses without the app. To join the group and add expenses, they install Mitmat.

Mitmat never holds your money and never asks for your bKash or Nagad PIN. When you settle up, Mitmat copies the number and amount and opens your own bKash or Nagad app, and you complete the payment there. Your Mitmat PIN is a separate 5-digit app lock.

Mitmat is free to use, and there is no subscription. Mitmat takes no commission on your payments; any bKash or Nagad charges are their own, as usual.

Yes, with Offline Tour Mode. With no internet you can still add expenses and tick mess meals. They are saved on your phone and sync automatically when you are back online. Screens you have opened before show your saved data. Logging in and signing up need internet.
